Carreira/Função: Técnico(a) assistente de produção - Museu do Dinheiro
Funções:
Apoiar a gestão do acervo numismático do Museu do Dinheiro: registar e atualizar a informação e acompanhar os processos de movimentação, de catalogação e de conservação preventiva;
Desenvolver instrumentos de planeamento e controlo para os projetos do Museu. Acompanhar os processos administrativos inerentes à execução de contratos, registo e reporte de indicadores e de controlo orçamental;
Recolher, sistematizar, organizar e tratar a informação e documentação necessária ao desenvolvimento das atividades do Museu do Dinheiro;
Participar na preparação de exposições, nomeadamente apoiando os curadores na investigação e na pesquisa documental e de imagens e colaborando com a equipa de produção nas montagens e nos pedidos de empréstimo, de seguros e de transportes;
Desenvolver conteúdos de comunicação e de interpretação, com o objetivo de dar a conhecer a coleção e a oferta programática do Museu do Dinheiro. Apoiar as ações de comunicação do Museu.
Coadjuvar a área de mediação na criação e produção de materiais lúdico-pedagógicos. Participar na preparação de eventos e de espetáculos integrados na programação do Museu;
Identificar e aconselhar sobre tendências emergentes de inovação digital na oferta cultural.
